Q: What’s your return policy for on-line purchases as well as auction purchases? |

A: The return policy on items bought in our on-line store will be a full refund for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery less the shipping fees. On Ebay, since we start most auctions at 1 cent and have no reserve, (not to mention we pay Ebay and average of over $4,000.00 a month in listing fees) we will refund the item within 7 days at our discretion, less shipping, and with a 20% (Twenty Percent) restocking fee. Since you set the price on our auctions, you should be sure you like it. |
